Mechanical properties: Tensile strength≥520 Mpa, Yield strength≥260Mpa, Elongation≥20%,  Hardness≥HB155

The product is provided as per customer's drawing and technical requirements.    

Smelting Process:EF+LF + VDThe process as  follow  :Ingot →heat → forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) → Inspection →rough machining→UT →2nd Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection

 Applications:  Forged steel roller-cylindrical forging is widely used for mining equipment or metallurgical equipment, power station industry and so on.
